About Preventive Medicine 2011

Preventive Medicine 2011, the annual meeting of the American College of Preventive Medicine, is the premier event for professionals in disease prevention and health promotion. The meeting advances the science of preventive medicine through state-of-the-art educational programming and abundant networking opportunities. 

The Preventive Medicine 2011 program will include educational sessions and skill building institutes that will help you improve your professional skills and expertise. Educational sessions will be presented within the following conference tracks:
  • Clinical Preventive and Lifestyle Medicine
  • Public Health Practice
  • Prevention Policy
  • Medical Quality
  •  
In addition, numerous other sessions will take place at the Preventive Medicine 2011 conference, including sessions on global health, adolescent health, environmental health, and vaccine delivery. An ABPM-sponsored session on Preventive Medicine practice assessment and certification issues, sessions on career development and scientific poster presentations will also be part of the educational program.
